Simon Zutshi - Property Investors Network
Simon is a financially independent, full time property investor, with 13 years experience of investing in residential property in the UK and overseas.

He started investing in 1995, when as a first time buyer, and a recent graduate in debt, Simon found a strategy to purchase his first property (his home) using none of his own money. By renting out the spare rooms he was able to cover the mortgage payments and effectively live for free! Caught by the property bug, Simon started to buy more property and by the age of 32 he was financially independent due to the passive income generated from his multi million pound property portfolio.

Now spending most of his time helping and educating other investors by sharing his hands on experience. He has also written an Amazon best seller titled "Property Magic: How to Buy Property Using Other People's Time, Money and Experience".

Twitter, Blogger and other forms of Web 2.0 will also be discussed and how they can help your business.

This event will be held in our Fantastic new venue - The George Hotel, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

The venue is easily accessible from the M1 and close to the major cities of Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford.
The George Hotel in Huddersfield is located 10 minutes drive from the M62 motorway and next door to Huddersfield Railway Station, easy access by car AND train.

The Grade II listed George Hotel in Huddersfield is located right in the town centre. The Victorian building offers space, craftsmanship and elegance. The hotel has been sympathetically modernised to preserve its Victorian charm.
In 1895 the Rugby League was formed at a meeting in the hotel and it's well worth while having a look at the Rugby League Museum commemorating its history.
