Richard Shepherd
This event we are luck to be joined with property expert Richard Shepherd. Richard has built a property portfolio of over 50 properties in just over 2 years. In this time he has the interesting statistic of never having got a valuation wrong. Richard runs both beginners’ 1-day workshops and also a 10 Month Mastermind University Programme for Advanced Investors. Both programmes are extremely popular and acclaimed but on this talk you can get Richard’s advice for next to nothing. This event will be held in our Fantastic new venue - The George Hotel, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
The venue is easily accessible from the M1 and close to the major cities of Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford.
The George Hotel in Huddersfield is located 10 minutes drive from the M62 motorway and next door to Huddersfield Railway Station, easy access by car AND train.
The Grade II listed George Hotel in Huddersfield is located right in the town centre. The Victorian building offers space, craftsmanship and elegance. The hotel has been sympathetically modernised to preserve its Victorian charm.
In 1895 the Rugby League was formed at a meeting in the hotel and it's well worth while having a look at the Rugby League Museum commemorating its history.
