Daniel Latto, Director of The Think Tank Group, a national chain of letting agents, based with its head office in Leeds. A portfolio investor, and a frustrated landlord. Frustrated with agents who couldnt rent the property, couldnt explain why the property wasnt renting, and with more investment in flashy offices than in hardcore marketing. MS Law - Shimon Rudich on Rent To Own Shimon will be discussing the two layers structure of rent to own schemes and explaining them in depth, along with real life examples and common problems. He will answer the most common questions raised by other clients in the past and explain why it is a win-win option for both buyer and vendor and tenant. There will also be an opportunity for a Q&A and hand-outs of the presentation, so attendees can review the information at leisure. Shimon is a founding Partner at MS Law LLP and acts exclusively for property investors, whether companies or individuals. Shimon has acquired an extensive amount of experience in residential and commercial property matters from the sale and purchase of singular properties to large portfolios. In the past few years Shimon has also acquired extensive experience in setting up, acting for and advising a number of Bridging and Lending Companies. His tasks have varied from approving lending facilities to negotiating business terms and conditions with institutional banks and underwriters and Shimon is now the sole appointed Solicitor for some of his Bridging Companies clients. Shimon is also a successful property investor and offers his clients practical know how combined with technical knowledge on the latest property schemes and techniques in order to actively contribute to his clients financial success. |

This event will be held in our Fantastic new venue - The George Hotel, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
The venue is easily accessible from the M1 and close to the major cities of Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford.
The George Hotel in Huddersfield is located 10 minutes drive from the M62 motorway and next door to Huddersfield Railway Station, easy access by car AND train.
The Grade II listed George Hotel in Huddersfield is located right in the town centre. The Victorian building offers space, craftsmanship and elegance. The hotel has been sympathetically modernised to preserve its Victorian charm.
In 1895 the Rugby League was formed at a meeting in the hotel and it's well worth while having a look at the Rugby League Museum commemorating its history.
