Ben and Chelle are LHA Landlords and are accredited landlords in 4 local authorities and are looking to achieve this in 2 more. This has given them a greater insight into how different authorities work, as with many rules and regulations they are often open to interpretation and this allows for opportunity to use these systems and loopholes. Imagine what it would be like to have LHA tenants that actually pay the rent, or better still having it paid direct to you. In many cases the Local Housing Allowance is greater than market rent and they have managed to increase their rental income by as much as 20% or £100 per calendar month, other investors have managed even greater gains than that! This event will be held in our Fantastic new venue - The George Hotel, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
The venue is easily accessible from the M1 and close to the major cities of Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford.
The George Hotel in Huddersfield is located 10 minutes drive from the M62 motorway and next door to Huddersfield Railway Station, easy access by car AND train.
The Grade II listed George Hotel in Huddersfield is located right in the town centre. The Victorian building offers space, craftsmanship and elegance. The hotel has been sympathetically modernised to preserve its Victorian charm.
In 1895 the Rugby League was formed at a meeting in the hotel and it's well worth while having a look at the Rugby League Museum commemorating its history.
