Phil Martin
This April we have Phil Martin of Rapid Property Buyers, Singing Pig, & Mortgage Rescue Network fame. Phil will talk about his journey through property and leave you with some special tips and tools that you can use to catapult your property investment success. Using The Law Of Attraction To Grow Your Property Business As a full time daddy to five princesses, he built his portfolio of 70 properties within two and half years. His current focus in property has been to support and help distressed vendors as well as to grow his own portfolio sustainably. His brand Mortgage Rescue Network was featured in The Telegraph as an example of an ethical sale and rent back provider. Phil recently bought Rapid Property Buyers Ltd and is developing the Rapid Property Group Brands and has also recently acquired Singing Pig - the UK's most well known online property community. |

This event will be held in our Fantastic new venue - The George Hotel, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
The venue is easily accessible from the M1 and close to the major cities of Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford.
The George Hotel in Huddersfield is located 10 minutes drive from the M62 motorway and next door to Huddersfield Railway Station, easy access by car AND train.
The Grade II listed George Hotel in Huddersfield is located right in the town centre. The Victorian building offers space, craftsmanship and elegance. The hotel has been sympathetically modernised to preserve its Victorian charm.
In 1895 the Rugby League was formed at a meeting in the hotel and it's well worth while having a look at the Rugby League Museum commemorating its history.
